*Who You Are *
You are a dependable, trustworthy individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is looking for the opportunity to gain long-term employment with a progressive, expanding company.
You want to learn and grow with us while overseeing the financial operations of our two dealerships in Kalispell and Great Falls.
*What You Will Do *
As the Controller, you will be responsible for managing the main financial aspects of the dealerships.
Other responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining accurate financial records
* Overseeing general accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Processing payroll
* Managing employee benefits
* Communicating with vendors and suppliers
* Ensuring title work is processed accurately and timely
* Reviewing and approving financial transactions
* Preparing financial reports and presenting them to management
* Maintaining effective communication with management and other dealership departments
* Maintaining regular communication with the owner on the standings of the dealership, cost saving measures, and any issues that may require their attention
*Requirements *
Prior experience working as a Controller in a dealership setting is preferred.
Experience working with CDK Lightspeed EVO software is a plus.
