We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to serve a critical role supporting the leadership of a commercial and retail tire and automotive repair store.
We are looking for a team builder with experience leading others.
Duties include sales, scheduling and service, expense and inventory control along with supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Skills:
· Able to build rapport with customers, team members and vendors to ensure exceptional service
· Daily monitoring of day-to-day retail store operations, staff and productivity
· Driven for results through effective prioritization and delegation of work
· Detailed and attentive to executing against a plan and set of standard operating procedures

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· Minimum 4 years automotive shop or related retail service experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
· Understanding of performance metrics including P&L, sales, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and safety oversight
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Superior customer service skills
