Position Overview:
Responsible for clinical supervision of assigned employees in the Addiction Service Line.
Communicating and working with other agencies and organizations.
Works as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Provides training to professional and paraprofessional employees.
Job Duties:
Clinical supervision of programs and services for employees of Outpatient Addiction, Residential Addiction, Case Management, Rehabilitation Aide and Peer Support programs.
Oversees the quality of the program and services to include participate in audits by the state.
Implement program needs and development in alignment with the Administrative Rules of Montana.
Acts as the liaison in the community for Many Rivers.
Consistently demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain good public relations with clients, families, referral agencies and other community resources through appropriate organizational, written, and verbal skills.
Works closely with the Operations Manager to participate with employee evaluations, conduct employee interviews and recommend new hires along with productivity and budget involvement.
Provides clinical supervision as needed for licensure and certification of employees within assigned programs.
May perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours.
This position reports to the Addictions Service Line Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed required.
Graduation from a college or university with a Bachelor's degree in social work or counseling is preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
