POSITION OVERVIEW:
Customer Service Supervisors are responsible for overseeing patient registration, scheduling, and customer service processes - ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance to regulatory requirements, and efficiency, while providing exceptional customer service.
The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain a seamless patient experience.
Additional responsibilities include assisting to optimize workflows, training, and monitoring staff performance, with a focus on contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, preferred.
Medical terminology, preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One year of customer service experience, required.
Customer service experience in the healthcare or related field, preferred.
Experience leading and developing a team, preferred.
Education/training experience, preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, required.
Problem-solving skills, required.
Leadership skills, required.
