Non smoking-clean professional family of four will be relocating to work on Malmstrom AFB.
We are relocating from out of state, the southern region.
I'm prior military, prior law enforcement, and currently a government worker.
As much as my family loves living in the south; we uphold southern values, we have to move due to a family members health.
My family and I all can pass with a clean
criminal history background check, as well as provide professional and personal references.
We have a nice reliable steady income, but our credit is not up to par.
We are responsible homeowners.
We do have 9 cats.
They are all spayed and neutered; non spraying, older, fat, lazy, and spoiled that sleep and eat all day.
Not at all destructive.
If this helps for peace of mind; 4 years ago, we remodeled our home (all new paint throughout; brand new flooring, new window treatments, new furniture).
All still in immaculate condition.
We are currently preparing to sell our house that we have lived in for 10 years and will be looking for a home that's in a good neighborhood within a decent driving distance from Malmstrom AFB.
Looking for an owner financing/rent to own contract.
Would possibly consider a very, very long term rental/lease agreement.
We are open minded on distance.
Near a farm or out in the country would be ideal.
