ISO Manufactured Home (Great Falls, MT)

We are looking to see what is available out there.
We are wanting a double-wide manufactured home, 27x no longer then 56.
Needs to be 3 bedroom and 2 bath.
Willing to look at those in the 90s to current date.
Needs to be available to be moved.
Would prefer the floor plan where there is a door out the end and not out the opposite side, but willing to look at all options.
We would not want to move it till spring, if that is at all possible.
If you are thinking about selling, please let us know.
We will want pictures, age of roof, water heater, furnace, any updates or major issues that have had to be addressed.
