Con artist- bartering paint jobs, bodywork (Great Falls)

Warning, there is a con artist in Great Falls that tries to barter paint jobs, car restorations, and etc.
for money and/or anything of value.
He used to own Dent pros and restoration, switched his name to Steve's Kustoms and restoration due to not only having a bad reputation, but after having multiple judgments against him.
He switched from a couple of different brick-and-mortar type business fronts to his own personal shop out by Highwood.
He does a terrible job, or will hang onto your projects forever and comes up with an excuse every time you ask why it's not done, or when you're trying to get it back.
He is currently doing everything under the table to avoid repaying the judgments against him and the long list of people trying to currently sue him.
