Job Role: Service Technician
FICO is hiring Full Time HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Montana.
We're looking for candidates who are eager, confident, and self-motivated that want to combine technical skills with world-class customer service.
Service Technicians are responsible for repair, maintenance, and installing equipment for our customers.
The primary focus will be HVAC systems and their controls.
Some of the day-to-day activities and responsibilities include:
Provide technical support for customers and co-workers
Interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals and other specifications to determine installation procedures
Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to customers
Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments
Place a high value on quality of workmanship, attention to detail and safe work practices for self and others
Occasional availability for after hours, weekend, and holiday service response
Travel as necessary that may require overnight stays
Qualifications
Current valid driver's license and clean driving record
Submit to a criminal history check and obtain clearance from the state based on the state requirements

Superior customer service skills
Experience working with little or no supervision
High sense of personal accountability
Refrigerant license
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, email and remote communication
Self-motivated
Knowledge of HVAC Equipment and Systems with a minimum of 2 years experience
Ability to use device specific software to properly diagnose equipment
Ability to use multi-meters and troubleshoot electrical circuits
Strong ability to diagnose equipment and determine if repair and maintenance work is needed or not; and ability to keep records of work done, etc.
