Service Technician

Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems.
Skills: - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and repair.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand system specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Note: This job requires a valid driver's license as the technician will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to different locations for field service.
Experience in property maintenance, plumbing, or boiler operations is a plus.
