CNC Programmer

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts.
This is a critical role in our manufacturing process and requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities * Develop and write programs for CNC machines using CAD/CAM software * Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications * Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) * Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize part designs for manufacturing * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines or programs * Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements * Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role * Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages, such as G-code and M-code * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, such as CATIA - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and tools * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines If you are a highly skilled CNC Programmer looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our manufacturing process, we would love to hear from you.
