We are seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join our Pendroy office.
The ideal candidate will be adept in managing and growing our portfolio of farm, ranch, and crop insurance products, while also proficient in handling personal and commercial insurance lines.
This role demands a high level of customer engagement, requiring excellent communication skills and a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique insurance needs of each client.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advice on farm, ranch, crop, personal, and commercial insurance products.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
* Stay current with the agricultural sector's trends and challenges to offer relevant and timely insurance solutions.
* Utilize technology effectively for client management, communication, and maintaining accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve office and company goals.
* Participate in community events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
* Ensure compliance with all insurance laws and regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably with expertise in agricultural-related insurance products.
* Strong understanding of insurance policies and ability to guide clients through complex information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Proficiency in using technology for communication, data management, and client servicing.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid insurance agent license or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
