LOCATION: Malta/Gibraltar/UK MISSION & PURPOSE A leader for Business Development Manager (Innovation) across innovative and alternative vertical studios, this role is accountable for forecasting and delivering revenue across the portfolio of products on offer.
In addition to day-to day management, guiding direct reports on day to day operational commercial matters, the Team Manager is accountable for revenue generation across a range of studios; identifying optimum strategy for studio growth, and ensuring implementation by their direct reports.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Lead a team of 3 BDMs across innovation studios – facilitating day to day delivery as well as the development of their skillsets that will allow the team to maximize growth independently.
Define commercial objectives and KPIs; forecasting and then delivering on targets.
Define and execute on studio & product strategies across innovation, RNG table game, videobingo, videopoker, casual and other verticals.
Run new product roll out end to end (canvassing market, understanding product objective and how it meets operator objective, managing internal requirements, internal sell/communication, optimal end user sales delivery).
Review and recommend best commercial model for different product verticals.
Ensure new games are launched optimally and hit KPIs (to be defined dependent on product objective).
Maintain and grow senior relationships at key operators – understanding their objectives and ensuring that they view Games Global as their first port of call for onboarding and developing new product.
Consistently interrogate KPIs, commercials and market intelligence to inform performance trajectory and consequently define commercial priorities.
Act as the key conduit to senior stakeholders across the business on innovation & differentiation sales, including but not limited to CXO and Director level.
Communicate regular updates as game sales performance including contribution to monthly performance reports to CXO level.
Engage with studio Heads to understand game roadmap, objectives and brand, and to act as an expert resource for studios on commercial implementation.
Where strategic objectives arise in game sales overall function, establishing and implementing a plan to meet objectives and report on progress to key internal stakeholders.
Examples could include – bespoke roadmap, increasing coverage in key jurisdictions like LatAm.
An ability to travel globally to meet key international customers and represent alternative products at industry events, tailored to objectives which will adjust over time.
Skills Complexity & Creativity Excellent leadership and mentoring skills Outstanding negotiation skills Ability to organize and communicate with great clarity Strong and analyzing and interrogating data Experienced at reporting with an ability to summarize extensive data into key messaging and actions Project management proficiency Genuine interest and passion for gaming products Fluent in English, additional languages desirable A motivated and driven role model maintaining the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally At least three years’ experience within the gambling industry or in a leadership role Ability to understand technical process and apply to commercial actions Awareness of legal requirements and apply to commercial actions.
