Sales Manager - LATAM:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team spearheading our expansion in the LATAM region.
As the Sales Manager for LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing key relationships with potential clients, ensuring our games reach a wider audience.
Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the iGaming industry in the LATAM region, strong commercial knowledge, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth in the region.
Location: Remote, with the ability to work across numerous time zones.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Identify and target new business in LATAM through existing industry contacts, researching new markets, discussions with potential operators and attending industry conferences and events
Qualify leads based upon their success, proven track record and approach to marketing
Engage prospects at an exec level, taking ownership of negotiations
Negotiate and close deals
Own the entire sales cycle and onboarding process including contracts, integration and ensuring an effective handover of the client to our internal AM Team
Delivering and exceeding on targets.
Monitor progress, evaluate gaps, put strategies in place to ensure deadlines and targets are met, and keep internal stakeholders updated
Promote and champion Push Gaming and company values at external industry events
Analyse market intelligence for your dedicated markets and support market strategy development with internal stakeholders
Educate internal stakeholders on product development direction in the LATAM market
Your experience:
Experience of working with a leading B2B iGaming provider with a proven track record in the LATAM market is essential
Native Spanish speaker with fluent (business level) English
Deep understanding of the iGaming industry
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting commercial relationships with customers
Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the LATAM market
Ability to identify and exploit new sales potential
Technical awareness of legal requirements
Ability to think strategically particularly with regards to problem solving
Experience in commercial negotiations and legal agreements
Previous experience working in a target driven environment
