Job Description:
As the Visual Content Specialist at Altenar, you will be responsible for creating and curating visual elements for various forms of media to enhance our brand's online presence, and engage with our target audience.
This role combines creativity, humour, and a deep understanding of internet culture to create viral, and relatable content that resonates with our audience.
You will work closely with our marketing and social media teams to craft visual content that align with our brand's identity and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Meme Creation: Develop creative and engaging memes that reflect the brand's personality and tone as well as having it resonate with our audience.
Creating Brief Video Content: Producing, editing, and finalizing videos ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute in length, designed for sharing on our social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate visual content into our overall content strategy.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with internet trends, pop culture references, and viral content to create timely and relevant visual content.
Engagement Tracking: Monitor and analyse visual content engagement metrics, adjusting the content strategy as needed for better reach and resonance.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, and fostering a positive online environment.
Brand Alignment: Ensure that visual content aligns with the brand's identity, values, and messaging.
Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and content ideas to the marketing and content teams for collaborative projects.
Qualifications:
A strong passion for memes and internet culture.
Exceptional creativity and a keen sense of humour.
Proficient in graphic design tools and meme creation software.
Proficient in the short video production process, tailored for optimal sharing on platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their algorithms.
Understanding of brand identity and messaging.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in visual content creation or a related field.
A portfolio of visual content that demonstrates creativity, humour, and engagement.
Knowledge of data analytics for tracking engagement metrics.
Understanding of SEO and online marketing trends.
