*Position*: Real Estate Buyer's Agent *Location*: Great Falls, MT *Responsibilities: * -Assist clients in the home-buying process from property search to closing.
-Conduct property showings, provide guidance on market trends, and address client concerns.
-Collaborate with sellers, listing agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
-Stay informed about local real estate market trends and property values.
-Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deal.
-Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
*Requirements: * -Valid real estate license in the state of Montana.
-Proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or relevant real estate role.
-Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
