Summary/Function:
The Client Communications Coordinator will support the D.
A.
Davidson Wealth Management Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer by providing project management and leadership to client mailings, statement inclusions, and electronic delivery needs.
This person will develop in-depth knowledge of the client communication operational process, vendor relationships, and a general knowledge of regulatory requirements.
This role will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders within the organization to identify communication data sets and meet deadlines.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of securities industry or related professional experience preferred.
o Prior experience with project management or project coordination preferred.
o Proven ability to meet deadlines and think strategically.
* Leadership capabilities to see cyclical and ad hoc projects to completion.
* Excellent communication (oral and written), and the ability to collaborate across business units and teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Series SIE, and 7 or 99 preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Duties:
* Ensure that the internal tracking of client communications and planning procedures is properly documented.
* Assist communication sponsors with tracking, templates, documentation, and implementation.
* Develop an understanding of a wide variety of document and delivery requirements and the vendors involved.
* Manage projects, including required approvals, for meeting required timelines, facilitating working sessions, reporting on progress, and driving execution.
* Work in close collaboration with the Marketing, IT, Operations, Administration, Supervision, FP&A, Compliance and Legal teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and ensure consistency of communications.
* Identify and drive efficiencies to ensure an excellent "client experience" with all client-facing communications.
* Be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and deadlines and consider the firm’s reputation for professionalism in all communications.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
