The Heavy-Duty & Equipment Parts - Outside Sales / Territory Account Managerisresponsible for building, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships to grow sales and gross profit margin and overall profitability in the heavy-duty truck and equipment parts industry.
This position will be held accountable for effective and efficient utilization of time, equipment, materials, or personnel of a small group.

, Salesforce) to fully document, track, record, follow-up and capture all related sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
Use of the system should contribute directly to the proposal process, winning the sale, volume, territory awareness, participation, and customer satisfaction.
Service, maintain and increase sales to existing customer base in assigned territory.
Hunt, penetrate and establish new accounts in the heavy-duty truck and equipment parts industry.
Sell whole-goods, parts, and service as a customer solution and build long term relationships within their territory to maximize customer and company profitability.
Train & coach customers on product features and benefits, sales process, and retention.
Identify threats and provide solutions to issues such as sales decline, customer conflicts, loss of business to competitors.
Develop a keen awareness of the competition and competitive products, as well as business and industry trends.
Develop and execute sales plans and goals designed to increase sales, profits, market share and minimize expenses.
Maintain and upgrade selling skills and technical/product knowledge for all TruckPro products, services, and processes.
Our Heavy-Duty & Equipment Parts - Outside Sales / Territory Account ManagerCandidates Will Have: Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
3 years' experience in outside sales, operations, or related fieldHeavy duty truck or equipment parts knowledge/experience Customer Relationship Management (CRM) i.

Understand and utilize the principles of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Motor vehicle license in good standing.
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong English fluency, both written and verbal.
Heavy-duty truck, equipment and/or trailer parts industry knowledge considered a strong asset.
