Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent

*Position Overview:* Local, long standing insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, organized, team player looking for a career in the insurance industry.
*Responsibilities:* * Assist walk-in and phone customers with their policies, payments, claims, etc.
* Review renewals and endorsements for accuracy * Record payments, process payments, input deposits * Record quote information to provide prospects with potential quotes from various carriers.
* Record/file claim information to provide to insurance carriers * Maintain customer files *Requirements:* * Able to obtain a MT Property and Casualty license * Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening * Self-motivated * Ability to multi-task * Must be able to work as a team with fellow employees *Benefits:* * Compensation depending on experience * Paid vacation/sick/personal time after probationary period Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
