Licensed Insurance Representative

We are looking for a licensed insurance customer service representative to add to our team.
In this role you will be responsible for answering customer queries, dealing with complaints, providing potential customers with detailed information about our products, turning in claims, making payments along with selling and servicing existing policies.
To ensure sucess as an insurance customer service representative you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ultimately, and insurance customer sales representative is friendly and efficient when handling complaints and providing policy information.
