A Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates closely with producers and other account managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts.
The right candidate has roughly 3 or more years of experience working with middle to larger sized markets and maintain a book of business.
This candidate would want to work in an atmosphere of skilled, motivated, happy people who work together in an environment of teamwork, loyalty, and mutual respect.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and manage service timelines with producers
* Work with different markets, underwriters, and staff throughout the quote process
* Follow up with different markets/underwriters for quotations, binders, policies, endorsements, etc.
* Direct new business throughout the team
* Create proposal booklets
* Develop and manager service timelines with producers
* Conduct workflow audits
* Prepare stewardship reports
* Daily ongoing deadlines and on-going projects/tasks
*Requirements:*
* Valid P&C license *and reside *in Montana
* Must have digital competence
* Must have strong oral and written communication skills
* Must have experience with carrier rating software
* Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher
* Preferred experience with AMS360 software
