We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Representative.

* Strong attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Good sense of design and color.
* Must be computer literate and current on new technology.
* Adobe Creative Cloud skills are a plus * Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
* Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities: * Provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
* Create job estimates and follow up with customers.
* Basic design and layout skills using Adobe products * Help customers with design of print projects.
* Assist with production and binding of printed materials as needed.
* Cross-sell promotional products, mailing services, large format signs/banners * Utilize PrintSmith software to enter and track client projects.
* Handling cash and credit sales.
* Answer phones promptly.
* Notify clients as orders are ready.
