*Responsibilities and Duties*
This position is responsible for steel sales and quotes.
Includes but not limited to counter sales and phone coverage, while also responding to email inquiries.
At times will include customer visits to existing accounts, as well as cold calling potential customers.
Responsible for relaying order information clearly to customers as well as operations.
*KEY RESULTS:*
· Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with current and potential customers.
· Ability to quote, follow-up, and close sales effectively.
· Works closely with customers, distributors, and branch personnel to schedule shipments and deliveries.
· Maintains knowledge of market conditions and pricing structures.
· Ability to relay relevant customer information to fellow staff using a CRM.

Diploma
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic computer systems
Excellent communication skills
Strong math skills
Flexible, and able to balance several projects at one time
Good work ethic, with high honesty and integrity
