$700 / 3br - Apt to share with one or a couple (South side of Great Falls)

Room for rent in my fully furnished apt.
The room for rent is fully furnished as well with a queen size bed.
We would split the entire cost of the apt and utilities.
So that would come to $700.
for renter's half.
I am asking for the first and last up front.
You will be on the lease as that is the only way I can rent a room in these apts.
I am a very clean and organized person and expect the same from whoever moves in.
These apts are only four years old and come with brand new appliances in every unit, including washer and dryer, over the stove built in microwave, dishwasher, glass top stove and oven, and refrigerator.
You will also have your own bathroom to be shared with any guests we may have.
These are just a couple of photos of the room.

PS I would consider a couple but that would mean the bills would be split into 3rds.
