FT Key Holder

We are looking for a results-driven Keyholder/Cannabis Consultant and familiar with the cannabis industry, also a professional who is responsible for opening and closing a store along with a range of administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, hold self and others accountable, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management.
*Responsibilities* * Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff * Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures * Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards * Deal with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.
