Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and train sales staff, acting as a floor manager to assist in closing sales
Supervise service, parts, and support staff
Conduct annual performance evaluations for staff
Assist General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasting, and goal setting
Optimize customer service interactions with staff
Manage retail inventory and appraise all RV trade-ins
Oversee and assist with Finance department procedures and processes
Ensure all paperwork is complete and thorough
Responsible for the overall store's profitability
Lead by example on a daily basis
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in sales or store management
Prior sales experience
Ability to learn new software packages
