*JOB OVERVIEW: * The primary responsibility of our Property Managers is to oversee daily operations related to both current residents and prospective ones.
Property Managers handle resident inquiries, address concerns, ensure the overall satisfaction of residents, and maintain high levels of occupancy in all properties.
Duties performed 75% in-office and 25% in the field.
This position requires in-person collaboration and engagement with team members in the day-to- day operations and cannot be performed remotely.

* *_Collaboration with Service Organizations: _* Work with Opportunities, HUD, and other service organizations as a liaison to ensure residents receive housing benefits and meet requirements for moving in.
