Steger & Sons upright piano - $3,000 (Great Falls)

Bought this piano back in Colorado Springs.
Moved up here and now my house is a bit too small for it.
So I need it to go to a new home.
I do have a bench for it as well with a storage space under the seat.
I believe this piano is around 1911 or there abouts.
It does have a date written on the inside, but I didn't take a photo of it.
It's in wonderful condition.
However it may need a good tune done.
Hasn't been done since we moved here in Nov so 2021.
I'm asking exactly what I paid for it, but I'd take a reasonable offer.
I don't want to donate it to a church or school or any other charity.
I'd rather have the money.
Please no low balls or BS.
I'm just trying to sell a super nice classic.
That plays well and looks well.
It deserves a good home.
