RN Charge Nurse-Med/Surg

The Med/Surg Charge Nurse is a self-motivated, professional registered nurse and resource person responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the delivery of safe, and effective patient-centered care.
The charge nurse will facilitate and mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
The Nurse functions in structured care settings described as geographic and/or situational environments, where the policies, and procedures for provision of healthcare are established.
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; current Montana licensure or ability to obtain; current BLS certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year of employment; complete and provide proof of continuing education requirements.
Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
