As our tech-savvy coordinator, you'll provide oversight for our service delivery operations, monitor client PSP processes, ensuring DPHHS reporting compliance, and meticulously document all the services provided within our Montana Adult & Community Services (“MTACS”) programming.
Your attention to detail will be the star of the show, alongside your ability to navigate high-level administrative duties with ease.
Your ability to collaborate effectively within a team will be essential to excel in the role.

Requirements
Excellent oral, written, organizational, and record-keeping skills required.
Able to pass DMV check annually and maintain current Montana Driver’s License.
Preferred:
Experience using Therap and MedCompass
Specific knowledge of current MT DDP, Medicaid Waiver, and VR requirements and processes preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
All positions require the completion of a background check.

Experience
High School/Equivalent
3-5 years
Full-time work experience in related human services field
Track record of building positive staff relationships and teams
Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
