```Duties```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Assist with medical procedures, including catheterization and cardiac catheterization
- Provide wound care and dressings
- Collect and document patient information, including medical history and current symptoms
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Valid LPN license in the state of [location]
- Knowledge of medical imaging, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), aseptic technique, and assisted living practices
- Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD-9 for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Ability to catheterize patients when necessary
- Proficient in maintaining medical records and documenting patient information accurately
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills, including taking vital signs and administering medications
- Compassionate nature with a focus on providing quality patient care
