*A day in a life as and RBT*
As an RBT you will arrive each day ready to impact on the lives of our clients.
We will teach you how to provide one on one therapy; how to run programs, gather and analyze data, tackle challenges and guide clients through their programs.
You will work under the guidance of a Board certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
You will experience the reward of watching our clients learn and grow and enjoy being part of a team supporting each other while helping our clients succeed.
If you love working with children and teens, have excellent communication skills, can think on your feet, able to solve problems, have cat like reflexes, the ability and desire to learn new skills, know how to organize and prioritize your time, can be flexible in your duties, have basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
You have what it takes.
It’s a bonus if you also have experience working with children, people with special needs and already have an RBT and/or CPR/first aid certification.
(Don’t worry if you don’t, we can help you get them).
Our team members need to have the energy to keep up with our kids.
Our littles often like to be picked up and cuddled so being able to lift 40+ pounds is essential.
Active play is part of the game, so our team needs to be able to kneel, crawl, sit, stand, and play on the floor with our kids.
Playing games is part of the fun!
*Schedule*
Our staff enjoys our weekday schedule of 8-5:30 M-Th with an hour off for lunch.
Friday 8-2 so you can start your weekend early.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
We know you need to be able to count on your paycheck, so we don't send our staff home when clients cancel.
*Wondering about Pay? *If you don't already have your RBT certification that's ok we will train you.
Paid training begins at $14.
00 hour but you will receive an immediate pay increase after successful completion of training and passing RBT certification exam.
You will receive another pay increase after 90 days of excellent employment.
Already have RBT certification? That's great.
