We are currently looking for a Scrum Master/Project Coordinator who will play a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing the agile development process within our organization.
You will be responsible for guiding and coaching cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Additionally, you will coordinate and oversee various aspects of project management to ensure successful project delivery.
What will you do?
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) and ensure their effectiveness.
· Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
· Remove impediments to the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting agile principles and practices.
· Serve as a servant-leader to the development team and promote a self-organizing environment.
Project Coordination Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objective.
· Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
· Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
· Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
· Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.
· Encourage a positive and productive team environment.
· Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical team members.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Project Management, etc.
).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Certification in Scrum/Agile methodologies (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
