The Job
You will function as lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Care Team Leaders.
Your tasks will include:
Create an environment of excellence, encouraging and empowering the development of customer care agents.
Develop effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Supervise day-to-day customer service operations.
Ensure the department consistently delivers high-quality customer support, meeting deadlines and KPIs.
Identify customer service trends and recommend enhancements.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members as needed.
Be accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores in all relevant markets.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.
Facilitate smooth communication between the Head of Customer Experience, Customer Service Operations Manager, and other departments.
Your Qualifications
Fluent in French (native) and English (B2)
Customer Support Management experience required and a good working knowledge of the iGaming industry!
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
Ability to think strategically and to take the lead.
Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills.
You must have the skills to negotiate with common sense logic when collecting debts, confidence and empathy.
