Position Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for their clients, responsible for understanding their unique needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from their payment processing and alternative solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, and Technical Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to the growth and retention of their client base.
Responsibilities: Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their operations.
Proactively communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Value Maximization: Collaborate with clients to identify areas where the solutions can drive additional value and enhance their operational efficiency.
Provide guidance on best practices and use cases, ensuring clients are leveraging the full potential of our payment processing capabilities.
Issue Resolution and Support: Serve as the escalation point for resolving client issues, working closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges clients may encounter.
Retention and Expansion: Proactively monitor client usage and engagement to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with the Sales team to drive renewal and expansion conversations, contributing to the overall growth of the client portfolio.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role in the financial technology industry.
Strong understanding of payment processing solutions and financial operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex situations to achieve customer satisfaction.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer engagement tools.
