Licensed Program Supervisor - Recovery

Position Overview:
Responsible for clinical supervision of assigned employees in the Addiction Service Line.
Communicating and working with other agencies and organizations.
Works as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Provides training to professional and paraprofessional employees.
Job Duties: Is clinically responsible for the oversight of the service delivery of evaluative, diagnostic and treatment services within assigned recovery programs.
Oversees the clinical quality of the programs and services that are within the Recovery Service Line.
Implement program needs, development of policy and procedures, and monitoring of established workflows in alignment with the Administrative Rules of Montana.
Administrative duties encompass auditing, monthly caseload management, budgeting, productivity, and monitoring of employees.
Acts as the liaison between the agency within our regional’s communities.
Consistently demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain good public relations with clients, families, referral agencies and other community partners through appropriate organizational, written and verbal skills.
Works closely with other leaders within the agency to complete the following duties: employee evaluations, employee development, assign work schedules, approve timesheets, assist employees with First Reports, conducts employee interviews and recommend new hires.
May perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours.
Reports to the Cascade County Service Line Director.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in social work or counseling.
Dual Licensure preferred.
Current Montana licensure as a LAC/LCSW, LCPC or LMFT.
Two years' experience in Counseling, Social Work, or related field post licensure preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Travel is required.
