Job Position Description:
Account Lead responsibilities include organizing employee nightly duties, training and motivating team members.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of our cleaning principles and team management abilities.
Responsibilities
Reports directly to Commercial Services Manager
Supervises crew
New employee training and coordination of training with CS Manager
Oversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule
Manages/orders/restocks account supplies
Manages cleaning supplies for night crew employees
Responsible for individually assigned accounts
Timely review of account communication logs
Perform inspections and provide constructive performance feedback to crew members
Maintain open and consistent lines of communication with the CS Manager
Respond to customer complaints and request in a timely and caring manner
Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
Use proper PPE where required
Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required
Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
Monday through Friday work schedule; 5pm-1am shift
Eligible for quarterly bonus upon completion of probationary period
Candidate will be eligible for Health and Dental Insurance upon completion of probationary period
Candidate will be eligible for vacation and PTO upon completion of probationary period
Candidate will be eligible for merit raise after probationary period and annually
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward.
Must be able to lift and and/or carry 40lbs.
Ability to read cleaning instructions
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Pay Range:
$14.
00 to $16.
00 DOE
