Automotive Service Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Schedule and assign work to service technicians and mechanics - Monitor and evaluate technician performance and provide feedback - Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance jobs - Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer information - Collaborate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts and supplies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology Experience: - Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role - Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and techniques - Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and upselling techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team of technicians and mechanics - Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures is a plus - Experience with brake repair, alignment, suspension and steering repair is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team.
