Supervises maintenance workers and housekeepers, including scheduling and discipline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintenance of the entire location, i.

, refrigeration, heating, plumbing, electrical, fuel pumps, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Responsible for overall cleanliness of location, both internal and external.
Ensures that all projects are completed on time and according to the necessary specifications.
Works closely with any craftsmen called in to perform work.
Aids and instructs craftsmen with scheduling of work, ordering of materials, and completing assignments as specified by the Store Manager or Corporate Representative.
Works closely with store manager and assistant managers.
Meets with Store Manager to discuss any phase of the operation that the maintenance department is involved with.
Evaluates requisitions for work or work orders and reports completion to Store Manager as instructed.
Maintains a flexible work schedule to cover emergencies.
Responsible for training and orientation of new maintenance and housekeeping staff.
Supervises and coordinates maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure work is completed properly and in a timely manner.
Interacts with the public, providing exceptional customer service.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
