The client is a fast paced and leading global company in the rapidly growing iGaming industry.
They operate on their own platform to provide a secure, innovative and entertainment-led player experience across casino and sports betting business.
The Maltese office is based in the vibrant city Saint Julian's.
The job:
Come and work with and share your infectious passion for slots, slot design, the maths and mechanics that make a great slot.
Your primary function as Compliance Officer will be to always ensure compliance with the Dutch regulations.
The role covers continuous monitoring compliance, reporting to the regulator, internal reporting, liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued compliance.
Additionally you should be able to advise on different areas of the business, including but not limited to advertising.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities is to:
Keep up with new regulatory requirements and follow up internally on their implementation
Provide assistance when dealing with customers’ complaints raised internally
Investigate and draft formal replies to third-party dispute resolution bodies
Review procedures and ensure that they are up to date; propose and drive changes thereof where necessary
Assist with internal and external audits
Collect data for reports required by relevant authorities
Assist the head of compliance with the compilation of data and with recommendations for improvement to maintain compliance
Your qualifications:
You speak and write Dutch on a native level & you excellent verbal and written English.
2+ years of experience in iGaming and compliance.
You are tech-savvy and you pay attention to detail.
You have great time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
You have effective analytical skills which enables you to profile risks, benefits and impacts on the business and on the licences.
