Summary Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and supports office activities of establishment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Records orders for incoming & outgoing Canadian and US vehicle Titles in excel spreadsheet.
Gather all documents necessary to prepare and process vehicle title applications.
Generate tracking reports for Titles and customers.
Generate invoicing reports for Titling Service and deliver to Accounting.
Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, etc.
Prepares outgoing mail/shipments relative to vehicles Title processing.
Assist Accounting Department as needed.
Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
Operates office machines such as photocopier/fax machines.
Opens and routes incoming mail, as needed.
Prepares outgoing mail as needed.
Greets and assists customers as needed.
Files all completed work, reports, and documents daily.
Maintain time and production records.
Professional casual dress for the position is a minimum requirement in this company.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience High School diploma and business office experience and/or training.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of the organization.
Must be proficient in the English language.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess the ability to learn & access multiple database systems; be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cloud based systems such as Google Docs.
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks software is a plus.
