*Position Description: Compliance Officer - Full time*
* This position is responsible for the reporting compliance and non-compliance of clients to appropriate agencies.
* Enrolling in drug testing or alcohol monitoring services
* Collecting payment as needed
* Working with community partners to include state probation, federal probation, child and family services and the courts.
* Performing observed uranalysis collections
The job requires the ability to relate to offenders in a professional, firm, and non-judgmental fashion.
Most importantly, this position is required to build positive working relationships with clients, coworkers, court officials, state agencies and commercial accounts.
Regular performance reviews are conducted according to company policy.
*Required Skills and Experience:* To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
· High School diploma or above.
· 2 years of direct public relations experience
· Ability to utilize software systems, databases, invoicing documentation, fee collection and recording, and spreadsheets.
· Accurate, detailed work
*Additional knowledge/experience desired:*
Experience with Military, Criminal Justice or Social Services
Prior urine collection and testing experience
·Business processes knowledge
Criminal justice setting experience or education
*Compensation:*
*$16.
50 - $18.
50 starting wage based on experience and education.

* After completion of six month probationary period, performance based wage increased.
* Annual performance reviews with performance based wage increases
* Incentive bonuses for installs beginning 30 days after hire if competent in certain installs
* On-call pay is voluntary and generously compensated

*Physical Characteristics: *The position requires the following:
· Specimen handling and processing
· Following Universal Precautions and maintaining a safe, sterile environment
· 50% or more time sitting while using computer and completing office work
· 50% or more time standing while collecting specimen
*Schedule: *Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 :30pm and 8:30 am to 5 pm depending on the week.
