*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team in Great Falls, Montana.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various legal areas, including business transactions, estate planning, real property, estate and trust, tax, agricultural law, and related litigation.
*Responsibilities:*
* Handle a diverse caseload in areas such as business transactions, estate planning, real property, estate and trust, tax, agricultural law, and related litigation.
* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
* Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective legal solutions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process.
* Review and analyze legal documents and contracts.
* Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* 2 to 5 years of experience as an attorney.
* Montana Bar license in good standing.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience in business transactions, estate planning, real property, estate and trust, tax, agricultural law, and related litigation is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
