HIIT Instructor

Mizani Fitness provides onsite & virtual Coporate Wellness, Government Health and Wellness and Residential Fitness programs nationwide.
We are currently hiring High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) instructors for contract positions instructing classes at a military installation in Great Falls, MT.
*(START DATE: May 2024)* *HIIT Instructor Responsibilities*: * Lead HIIT classes at any of the following times: 9:00 AM or 6:00 PM * Design and implement effective HIIT classes tailored to meet the needs of diverse clients.
* Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and form.
* Ensure attendance/log sheet is complete for each HIIT class.
* Adhere to Mizani Fitness policy and procedures.
* Adhere to Mizani Fitness client policy and procedures.
*HIIT Instructor Experience*: * Previous experience in HIIT or group fitness instruction.
* HIIT certification or Personal Trainer certification is required.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
* Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate varying fitness levels.
