Job Description:
* Assist each neighbor as they begin their housing journey with registration and positive experience.
* Promote, organize, and facilitate monthly homebuyer education classes and other group classes as applicable in Great Falls.
* Complete all follow-up paperwork for Homebuyer Education.
* Enter data into management system(s) and enter closing documents as applicable and follow up with each class through the client management system.
* Assist clients to be prepared to rent, purchase a home, maintain and retain their home.
* Work with partners and community engagement as needed to assist each individual.
* Monitor ehome for all education and continue to reach out to individuals.
* Register clients for homebuyer education classes and pre-class counseling sessions as needed.
* Ehome approval and follow-up counseling sessions
* Promote and continue to improve curriculum for all education courses
