The job
As a customer service agent you'll be the first point of contact between the online casino and Dutch players, guaranteeing exceptional experiences.
If you're passionate about customer service, curious about the iGaming sector, and interested in boosting your CV, this role could be an ideal match for you.
In this role it's important to prioritise player satisfaction and show professionalism as well as empathy.
Your qualifications
You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (strong B2).
Experience in customer care is a plus, but not mandatory.
Don't worry if you lack iGaming experience - you will get thorough training.
Strong online communication and customer handling skills.
You are a quick learner.
You can work on shift basis across weekdays and weekends.
