On behalf of our of our iGaming client, we are seeking Swedish Speakers to join their team here in Malta.

This is an office based position.
What will you be doing?
Nurture and support customer relationships via phone, e-mail and live chat.
Seek resolutions to customers’ queries and issues whilst actively striving to achieve “one correct answer” across all channels.
You also assist the Management Team in reporting technical issues and giving insights to what is happening in the market.
Further, you maintain customer records by following the correct data protection procedure and achieve both department and individual SLAs.
As part of the team you document customer contacts in order to provide a full customer history.
Last but not least, you resolve product and/or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determine the cause of the problem.
You will also assist the management with other projects and duties when requested to do so.
Who are you?
Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English (additional languages beneficial!)
Previous on-line customer service experience.
Positive mindset and a can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and go the extra mile.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have a genuine interest in iGaming.
Microsoft Office proficiency
Willing to work on a shift basis - The position is full-time, with expected working hours of 40 hours per week.
The schedule, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts (currently none).

Performance Bonuses: Up to €3000 gross per annum, distributed quarterly (January, April, July, and October) - up to €750 after the probation period.
