Working in our energetic and multicultural environment, this role will introduce you to a variety of topics: including bets, payments, verifications and general account inquiries.
The job consists of the following tasks:
Answering customer inquiries via live chat, e-mail and phone
Providing the customer a positive experience and first-time resolution when assisting with inquiries and complaints
Having to contact internal departments in English in order to resolve our customers' queries
Investigating issues thoroughly and escalating inquiries when necessary

Your background and skills:
You both speak and write fluent German and English
