Great Falls
Position Summary:
Performs clinical administrative duties and routine typing and clerical work for Many Rivers Whole Health.
Job Duties:
Greets clients, verifies addresses, payment sources, answering the phone, and taking/delivering messages.
Greets the public.
While following existing MRWH policy, determines the most secure and efficient management of clinical records generated in the Great Falls Office.
Determines the most efficient method of scheduling/ reconciling clinicians in the proper billing and reimbursement of services.
Performs clerical activity relative to case file maintenance.
Assists employees and supervisor with duties as assigned and perform scanning duties.
May handle collections of copayments and performs closing procedures at the end of the day.
Minimum Qualifications:
Typing 40 wpm, excellent computer skills, and other business machines.
Excellent telephone skills, excellent customer service skills, writing and proofreading skills needed.
Must be reliable and dependable.
MS Word required.
Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license for mail duties and errands.
May be required to travel to other offices occasionally.
Graduation from high school or GED, plus one to two years of administrative work or an equivalent combination of administrative education and experience is required.
