North 40 Outfitters in East Great Falls, MT, is looking to hire a friendly and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Barista/Customer Service Associate.

Qualifications
Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually

Looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service
Barista and cash handling experience a must
Customer Service experience preferred
Ability to accurately handle transactions including returns
Retail sales experience preferred but not required
Must have availability to work all shifts including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to lift 25 to 35 lbs.
frequently and, over that, up to 55 lbs.
rarely; occasionally carries up to 35 lbs.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A BARISTA ASSOCIATE AT NORTH 40?
As a Barista Associate at North 40, your main priority is to connect with our customers and provide each of them with exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, generating sales, stocking and merchandising products, and safeguarding company assets.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BARISTA ASSOCIATE
This part-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.
This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
