Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

*Position: PT Night Auditor / Front Desk Clerk* *Ideal candidates are reliable, professional and self-motivated.
They possess a good attitude and are team oriented along with strong problem-solving skills.
This position requires computer literacy of various programs, and ability to be alert and attentive to needs of guests and property.
Night Audit Shift is 10pm-7:30am.
Open position is for three consecutive Night Audit shifts weekly.
* *Job Duties:* · Responsible for all Front Desk Clerk duties.
· Answer the telephone in a courteous manner and assist guests with any questions or needs.
· Check in guests, ensuring proper payment is received, special requests noted / fulfilled and information provided is accurate and complete.
· Balance all room charges, cash and credit card transactions for the ending day.
· Perform night audit to verify all previous Front Desk shift transactions; perform night audit checklist.
· Prepare and balance end of day revenue report.
· Walk the property, hallways and public areas for safety and security measures.
· Ensure that all exterior doors are locked allowing key access only.
· Communicate with Managers and Emergency Teams regarding any real or potential emergency situations.
*Job Requirements* · ‪Provide first-rate guest service skills.
· Previous cash-handling experience helpful.
· Organizational skills including team-work, follow-through, problem solving, and communication.
Wage starts at $15/hr and is DOE.
